FAQ
No - Liquid Metal FX is a pure metal powder mixed with a special binder that when dry acts like real metal. Paint is only a thin veneer, and unlike paint, this product can be applied up to 20mm thick if required.
The cost of each job will depend on the intricacy and thickness of the finish, the type of metal used, and the applicator. It is not a finish that can be costed in square metres, but rather, one that needs to be quoted on a job by job basis.
Yes, small and simple finishes can definitely be achieved by yourself, however, we strongly suggest attending one of our training workshops or, seeking advice and assistance from an accredited applicator for larger, more involved projects.
LMFX is ideal for both interior and exterior application, commercial and private property, and can be applied onto almost any surface – think walls, floors, furniture – with ease!
The colours are solely made up of which metal you are using, but can be altered by adding a patina, to give an instantly aged finish for example.
It is important to find the right applicator when considering using Liquid Metal FX - Reach out to our team and we will introduce you to a range of approved local applicators to suit your project requirements and job location.
Every job is a bespoke finish, the products supplied to applicators are warranted to be of merchantable quality, however, warranties on the final finishes for customers would come from the applicator.
